Tentative schedule:
June 27 & 28
Nage-no clinic - $50/participant (all attendees are required to register and pay - including uke). This clinic isn't mandatory for Technical Stream Candidates however it is mandatory for shodan and nidan Competitive Stream candidates and their uke)
9:30 to 12 noon
1 to 4 pm

Jan 11 - Technical Stream Grading - free for candidates and their partners
9 am to approximately 1 pm

Please note the following:
Judo Canada pre approval is required 45 days prior to Black Belt Grading for both competitive stream and technical stream candidates. Therefore the deadline for this grading is May 14th. For more information and the links to apply - https://judocanada.org/grading-2/

Both Tori and Uke must register.

It is recommended that candidates attend a kata clinic with their partner for their specific kata before they grade. This will help them be more successful on grading day.

White judogi required for all clinic participants and grading candidates. Females should wear a plain white t-shirt under their gi

All grading candidates are responsible for having their uke attend the clinic and grading.

The Kodokan application is separate from the Judo Canada pre approval application, even though you can pay for the Kodokan application via the Judo Canada application site. Here is a link to the Kodokan form - https://judocanada.org/grading/. This form must be typed, all sections completed and then hand signed. It can be sent directly to Judo Canada or brought to the grading.
