Judo Canada is the national sport governing body for the sport of judo in Canada. Affiliation with Judo Canada is an mandatory annual fee of $60. It insures that all active members are insured for accidents, receive recognized belt promotions, and are covered by national policies.
To participate in Territorial and Provincial events, participants must be affiliated under the $60 Mudansha (colour belts) or Yudansha (black belts) affiliation type. Those affiliated under the introduction ($10) or In School ($5) affiliation types must upgrade their affiliation before registering. When upgrading affiliation type, full fees are owed.

ONLY ONE REGISTRATION PERMITTED PER PARTICIPANT.
Each age group has the opportunity to participate in Ne-waza (ground) and/or Tachi-waza (standing) fights. You must select the correct category which is written in parentheses for your age group.
For example:
U14 (Ne-waza) *Selecting this means the athlete will ONLY FIGHT NE-WAZA (GROUND)*
U14 (Tachi-waza) *Selecting this means the athlete will ONLY FIGHT TACHI-WAZA (STANDING)*
U14 (Tachi-waza + Ne-waza) *Selecting this means the athlete will fight BOTH NE-WAZA and TACHI-WAZA*
