RELEASE, INDEMNITY, WARRANTY REGISTRATION AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
In consideration of your acceptance of this entry to the above event
hosted by the Judo Saskatchewan, I for myself, contestant, my heirs,
executors, administrators and assigns, do hereby release and discharge
the Saskatchewan Kodokan Black Belt Association (“Judo Saskatchewan”), LCBI High School and the officers, directors, employees,
volunteers and any and all representatives of each organization from any
and all claims or demands, losses, or injuries incurred or sustained
by me (or parents/guardians if contestant is less than 18 yrs) as a
result of attending, practicing for or travelling to or
from the event held in Outlook, SK July. 12-17, 2026.
