Sanction Request Agreement
The undersigned, as a representative of the above named club, request sanctioning of the tournament on the date, and in the location, stated above.
It is understood that the privileges and condition of a SANCTIONED event is that the event must be conducted in accordance with the current version of the Judo Canada Tournament Sanction Policy.
It is further understood that ALL PARTICIPANTS (officials and competitors), are members in good standing with Judo BC, or if from outside of the province of British Columbia, a Judo Association recognized by Judo Canada.
It is the responsibility of the above named club to ensure all rules and conditions are followed. It is also understood that failure to comply with these conditions may result in loss of insurance coverage for the above named event.
In addition, a club requesting sanctioning as a Team BC Selection Tournament acknowledges that it must apply for Team BC Selection Event Status in accordance with Section 6 of the Judo BC Policies and Procedures.
