Kodokan Goshin Jutsu is a self defense kata, developing techniques to respond to grabs, strikes, and weapon attacks.
This clinic will introduce you to the fundamentals of this kata, and prepare you to work towards competitions, gradings, and your own personal development and understanding.
For those who cannot make the clinic in person, we plan to stream the clinic online via zoom; a link will be emailed.
This clinic is for 12 & older; 4K (Orange) belt and higher.
