Judo BC is hosting an online club meeting for all Club Administrators and Head Senseis on Saturday, June 20th. This is an important opportunity to connect with the provincial office, hear about what's ahead for the judo in British Columbia, and ask questions directly to staff and leadership.
The meeting will cover several key topics shaping the future of judo in our province.
We will be presenting and discussing the draft 2026–2031 Strategic Plan, Judo BC's roadmap for the next five years. Your input and awareness as club leaders is essential as we move this work forward together.
This meeting with also include Regional Planning Sessions for the 2026–27 season. These sessions are designed to bring clubs together at a regional level to coordinate calendars, share resources, and strengthen our collective programming across BC.
In addition, we'll be sharing important updates for the upcoming 2026–27 season, including a preview of the new Judo Canada Registration System and Database, which is scheduled to launch July 1st. This new system will affect how clubs register members and manage their rosters, so we want to ensure administrators have the information they need in advance of the transition.
The meeting will close with a Q&A period — we encourage all attendees to come with questions.
