The 2023 Judo BC Annual General Meeting and Board of Directors Elections will be held virtually on Saturday, December 9, 2022 at 4 pm.
All the details are included in the attached information package.
Note the following information:
November 8th: Director Nomination Form & Resolution Form due
December 4th - Registration and Proxy Form due
Judokas who have registered with Judo BC for the 2023-24 season prior December 4th, are in good standing with Judo BC as articulated in our bylaws, and who hold a Black Belt Degree, recognized as such by Judo Canada shall be eligible to attend and vote at the Annual General meeting.
Other Judo BC members can attend as observers.
