Judo BC is sending a team to the 2024 Saskatchewan Open, Jan 26 to 28. If you are interested in attending please review the following information.
The estimated total cost per athlete will be approximately $550-1000 and includes air & ground transportation, accommodations, coach/chaperone travel support fee and team coordinator support fee. It doesn't not include the competition registration fees. Registration for the competition and payment of the entry fees will need to be completed by each athlete, their parents or their club. Flight Vancouver: ~350$ (Westjet)
Flight Victoria: ~400$ (Westjet)
Flight PG: ~750$ (Air Canada)
Hotel: ~$70 Hotel (4 per room for 2 nights) or $140 (2 per room for 2 nights)
Ground Transportation: 40$
Coaching Fee: 25$ per day
Admin Fee: 40$
An invoice will be sent to participating athletes once all the bookings & costs are finalized. The final payment will be required by Jan 5.
When completing this registration, please use the names listed on your government issued ID, so that it is correctly listed for the flights.
