Dear Judo Alberta Members,
The AGM will once again be held virtually on November 26th, 2023 at 3:00 PM via Microsoft Teams. Members must complete the AGM Registration Form (https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScz-eEMppHmA4BMUgxxXsfmmo8VMYxQLv3Gx2ck7DHpCvAlKA/viewform) by November 12, 2023 to confirm attendance. Meeting instructions will be distributed to everyone that is registered.
There are 5 executive committee positions available. Please email [email protected] to find out more and with your interest.
This Proxy Form for those members who are unable to attend and wish to pass their vote to another member. All Proxy Forms are to be completed no later than November 12, 2023 in order to validate each member.
