Sanction Request Agreement

The undersigned, as a representative of the above named club, request sanctioning of the tournament on the date, and in the location, stated above.

It is understood that the privileges and condition of a SANCTIONED event is that the event must be conducted in accordance with the current version of the Judo Canada Tournament Sanction Policy.

It is further understood that ALL PARTICIPANTS (officials and competitors), are members in good standing with Judo Ontario, or if from outside of the province of Ontario, a Judo Association recognized by Judo Canada.

It is the responsibility of the above named club to ensure all rules and conditions are followed. It is also understood that failure to comply with these conditions may result in loss of insurance coverage for the above named event.

The applicant understands the privileges, conditions and penalties, as per the Judo Ontario Sanction Policy, for sanctioned tournaments. Tournaments must be conducted in accordance with the rules and regulations of Judo Ontario.

The Tournament Director has read and understood the related Sanction Policy conditions, privileges and penalties.

To ensure valid grading points (where applicable), the conditions as set out by the Provincial Grading Board must be
met.

Should a conflict of tournament dates arise after the awarding of this sanction, Provincial, National and International
tournaments take precedence.
