We’ll kick off with a dynamic warm-up to prep for the key movements, then dive into the technical breakdown of Uchimata’s fundamentals, focusing on grips, posture, and body positioning. From there, we’ll explore Uchimata from the Collar and Sleeve Grip, and dive into Uchimata Variations to adapt the throw to different opponents and situations. The seminar will wrap up with randori, giving you the chance to apply your new skills in live practice!
