Judo Seminar: Introduction to Competition Development with Eric Takabatake & Alexia Castilhos
We are thrilled to invite all young judo enthusiasts to an exciting Judo Seminar on Competition Development, featuring two exceptional Brazilian athletes: Eric Takabatake and Alexia Castilhos.
Eric and Alexia, both highly decorated athletes with multiple medals from the IJF Grand Slam, Grand Prix, and Pan American Championships, will be sharing their knowledge and experience in a way that is accessible and inspiring for younger athletes.
This seminar is designed to introduce children and youth to the fundamentals of competitive judo in a fun, engaging, and approachable way. The focus will be on building a competitive mindset, understanding the basics of competition, and developing a strong foundation for future judo success.
It’s the perfect opportunity for young athletes who are considering competing in judo, but who may still be new to the idea of competition.
