THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES AS DEEMED NECESSARY ACCORDING TO JUDO CANADA AND JUDO BC SANCTION POLICIES, within the 15% rule and with the aim of creating groups of 4-5 judokas of like weights, age and skills in a round-robin format.
