9:30AM - 12:30PM: Introductions, warmup, etiquette, Nage-no kata sets 1-3, practice
12:30PM - 2:00PM: Lunch break
2:00PM - 5:00PM: Nage-no kata sets 4-5, practice, demonstrations
5:00PM - 5:30PM: Provincial Judge Certifications for Nage-no-kata
Sunday
9:00AM - 1:00PM: Warmup, etiquette, Katame practice, demonstrations
1:00PM - 1:30PM: Provincial Judge Certifications for Katame-no-kata (during lunch)
1:00PM - 2:30PM: Lunch break
2:30PM - 4:30PM: Kodomo no Kata session, warmup, exercises, games, demonstrations
4:30PM - 5:00PM: Provincial Judge Certifications for Kodomo-no-kata
Note there is no fee to take the Provincial Judges Certification tests and the tests are only required if you would like to become a Provincial level kata judge.
