Please make sure to DOWLOAD, PRINT and FILL OUT THE WAIVER IN THE "DOCUMENTS" section. It must be completed to participate in the tournament. Then you can
1)send completed waiver to [email protected]
OR
2)Present the completed waiver at the registration desk at the tournament.
This waiver is required by the university for the use of their facilities.
