Judo is a family sport for all ages, and skill levels. Learning the sport together not only offers quality bonding time, but allows individuals to grow together. Families of our Little Ninjas program challenge themselves and one another through a martial art focused on mutual respect.
The Little Ninja's program focuses on motor skill development and basic judo techniques for preschoolers. Participants will practice exercises that will improve their balance, strength and body awareness. Our aim is to help children gain confidence and experience organized sport in a fun, safe environment.
