Belt Level:
Orange belt minimum for U14 and U16
Green belt or higher for U18 and older
This camp will focus on judo training, fitness training, strength & conditioning, and physical & judo testing in preparation for the 2024-25 competitive season. This camp is mandatory for all Judo BC athletes & coaches wanting to be members of the 2024-25 Provincial Team Program.
Transportation:
Athletes, parents and/or club instructors are responsible for arranging all transportation.

Additional Details:
Participants need to bring training gear (running shoes, shorts and t-shirts) in addition to their judogi. Participants will need to pay for their own snacks, parking and any additional free time activities - swimming, museums, gardens etc.
Tentative Schedule:
Friday August 16
2:30pm - 3:00 pm: Campers Arrive / Check-in
3:00pm: Gathering for Dorm Residents' Team Meeting in the Lobby Area
4:00pm - 7:00pm: Fitness Testing
Saturday August 17
7:00am – 8:00am: Conditioning
10:00am - 12:00pm: Judo
4:00pm - 6:00pm: Judo
Sunday August 18
8:30am - 10:30am: Judo
10:30am - 11:30am: Check-out
1:00pm - 5:00 pm: Nage-no Kata clinic and possible competitive stream grading - TBC
