Dear Judo Alberta Members,
The AGM will once again be held virtually on November 26th, 2023 at 3:00 PM via Microsoft Teams.
This Judo Alberta Proxy Form is for those members who are unable to attend and wish to pass their vote to another member. All Proxy registrations are to be entered no later than November 12, 2023 in order to validate each member.
